Manuscripts considered suitable are subjected to a double-blinded peer review, conducted by independent experts in the relevant specialty. All correspondence related to submissions, revisions, and decisions will be conducted via email to ensure transparency and accessibility.
Strict confidentiality is maintained throughout the review process to safeguard the identities of both authors and reviewers. Authors are required to declare any conflicts of interest—financial or otherwise—at both the time of initial submission and upon acceptance. Any potential conflicts, such as consulting fees, industry sponsorship, or ownership in related businesses, must be fully disclosed. This information will be published with the article, if relevant.
For studies involving human subjects, animals, or those with ethical or environmental considerations, authors must provide documentation of institutional review board (IRB) approval or ethical clearance upon request. Manuscripts lacking appropriate ethical justification may be rejected regardless of scientific merit.
Upon acceptance, authors will be asked to sign a copyright agreement, granting IJCOGN first publication rights and authorization to distribute the work through relevant global medical databases and digital repositories. While these publication rights are held by the journal, authors retain copyright of their work and will be appropriately credited for all future uses.
IJCOGN follows a continuous publication model, meaning articles are published immediately upon acceptance to accelerate knowledge dissemination. All articles published in a calendar year are compiled and submitted for indexing, including consideration for ISI (International Scientific Indexing) and other clinical and scientific databases in women’s health and medicine.
All published content is freely accessible, ensuring open access to the global scientific community. Authors are not required to request permission for reprints or distribution of their published work.
Through these policies, the International Journal of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nexovation is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scientific integrity, clinical relevance, and ethical publication practices, contributing meaningfully to the advancement of global women's health.
