The International Journal of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nexovation is published monthly, following a continuous publication model to ensure timely dissemination of research findings. Submissions are open to researchers, clinicians, scholars, and professionals in the fields of obstetrics, gynecology, maternal-fetal medicine, reproductive health, and allied areas from around the world.
All submissions undergo initial screening by the Editorial Board, followed by a double-blind peer-review process conducted by field-specific experts. Authors are strongly encouraged to review our editorial policies to understand our standards and review workflow. Accepted papers are subject to editorial revision to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the journals academic quality.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Manuscripts must be submitted in clear and concise English (either British or American spelling). Only Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) formats are accepted. The standard structure of a full research article should follow the template below:
Title Page
The title page must include the following:
Abstract
The abstract should not exceed 250 words. For original research articles, a structured abstract is required and should include:
Keywords
Below the abstract, list 3 to 6 keywords, arranged in alphabetical order, separated by commas.
Introduction
Clearly state the aim and rationale of the study. Provide relevant background information and highlight the research gap being addressed. Avoid extensive literature review.
Materials and Methods
This section must detail the clinical, laboratory, or analytical methods used, ensuring reproducibility. Ethical considerations and approval (where applicable) should also be mentioned.
Results
Present results clearly, with appropriate statistical significance and number of observations. Use tables and figures as needed, and provide legends. Data should be presented logically without repetition.
Discussion
Discuss the key findings, how they compare with existing studies, their clinical relevance, and potential limitations. Avoid repeating numerical data already presented in the Results.
Conclusion
Summarize the main findings and state the novelty, clinical significance, and impact of the work. This section should be brief and focused.
