Refund and Cancellation Policy
The International Journal of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nexovation maintains a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity for contributing authors. Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances as outlined below. Authors intending to cancel their submission after making a payment are advised to carefully read the following terms.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in specific cases where the request aligns with the journal's stated policy. All refund requests will be carefully evaluated by the editorial office.
Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date the refund request is formally acknowledged and approved by the editorial office.
Mode of Refund
All refunds will be issued via the original payment method or through the bank/payment details provided by the author at the time of the refund request. The International Journal of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nexovation shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect banking/payment information submitted by the author.
